Several time we hear lot of thing about that the E numbers is quite harmful. But what is the E numbers?

E numbers are codes for food additives and are usually found on food labels throughout the EU. The numbering scheme follows that of the International Numbering System (INS) as determined by the Codex Alimentarius committee. Only a subset of the INS additives are approved for use in the European Union, giving rise to the ‘E’ prefix.

As You can see this is a list about the agent which the food producer use that your meals can get better consistence, taste, color and smell.

Usually behind the E number is a simple and common thing which you can buy from the shop like spice or starch but we need a standard that we can see that producers what kind of ingredients can use free in the meals.

If you see every single ingredient behind the E number you will find colors, additives and lot of other thing. The question is why the producers use this. Of course they can make better meals if they use lot of (and not that cheap) normal ingredients (which is not some kind of not natural agent) but this way is too expensive and several time you can not get the good results. When I worked like a food developer engineer I see that I can not give good taste and consistence without aromas and E numbers but because I worked a company who make healthy foods for slimming diet our concept was we must give the best for our customers. That’s why we put in the meals only the necessary chemicals into the foods.

When I made the first several test I seen that if I use less amounts of E numbers which the data sheet said the flavour were better and I got lot of positive feed back form my test group.
As we talked about the results latter with my team our opinion was the E number supplier want to sell more additives and nobody think what is the healthy for the final consumers.

So, the lot of E number is not harmful or dangerous for you, but somebody should take care of dosing of this agent. As I see nobody will make it beside YOU. Please not hate the E numbers because it is thing which can identify easier what you will eat. Nobody can say that it is good for you or not. But I AM SURE if you eat every day meals full of E number you can get lot of allergic symptoms and you will take lot of disgusting agent into your body.

For example you will eat in the morning a milk shake, an instant creamy soup for lunch and a fast frozen beef slice with cheese sauce you will take 8 times more potassium and calcium into your body from the stabilizers, thickeners which is necessary for you. After several years you will go to the doctor because you have a stone in your renal and nobody will know what cause this disease for you. The doctor will say for you: Maybe dear you drink too much milk or cocoa which you drank in the past!

I can say you NO! Mostly it cause the lot of rubbish meals which we eat every day. Of course you can get this also in other way but in this time the risk will be higher and higher. So, you should keep in your eye what will you eat in the next lunch.
