My concept of a “slimming diet” is: you can eat everything but you have to calculate how much you move and how much calorie you eat. Learning to eat well and exercise in a healthy way that you can enjoy for the rest of your life. The concept is not unique. It is one you will likely hear about from a health professional. My concept will help your next diet and maybe it will help finish your existing dieting cycle. If you will change your mind it will not a temporary weight loss.
First of all you have to check your weigh status (how much is your weight and where is this in the WHO healthy weight table). You can do this with the excel file:YOU CAN CHECK YOUR WEIGHT STATUS
If you are above the desirable maximum weight: you should start to do with something with your weight because you can get serous ill in long time.
If you are below the desirable minimum weight: you should start to eat and move more because it is also can cause problem with your heath.
Keep in your mind:
Eating poorly and being overweight increases your risk of diabetes, osteoarthritis, high blood pressure, heart disease, Alzheimer’s, cancer and many other maladies. But unless your doctor sent you, you are probably here because you want to lose weight to look better. I hope I can help you with that, but to feel better and be healthier, too.
If you necessary to start a slimming diet you may follow my instruction (which is help me lost 16 kg in 19 week).
If you want to follow my instruction you should do the next:
- First you have to check how much calorie do you need in a average day (you can do it with this file: WEIGHT CHECKING. Keep in your mind this is a rough calculation and not too exact).
- You should analyze your eating method: how many time you eat something, how much calorie are in your average meals in one day. You can do this with this calorie calculator: or you can find more information in the internet.
- After these you should decrease the calorie amounts with small amounts every time when you eat.
- If you are hungry you should drink one glass of water because several times the human body feel hungry instead the thirst.
- You should forget the soda and decrease the sugar in your meals.
- You can eat everything but you have to decrease the amounts of the garnish (like potato, pasta, rice and etc).
- Finally you have to keep one day of brake every week. Close to nobody can make a long term a slimming diet without a little holiday.
I can give a chart where you can follow your weight loss. You will find the slimming diet chart here (DO NOT FORGET TO FILL THE PRESONAL DATAS) . If you will see your weight is stable after two week you have to decrease your average meals per day or you have to make more exercise. Keep in your mind you have to check your weight in the same time every day (because this data will show the true).
Learning to eat well and exercise is the only solution to long-term weight loss.
Please read that last sentence again. It’s the most important point you have to make. In fact, it’s the whole point of this page.
