I like Mark Knopfler music since my child ages. At the first time when I met him music He was a singer in the Dire Straits. But I am know 30 yeas old and Mark Knopfler also start to be old but him music is same like the old wine.
My feeling about the What It Is video and song is little bit strange for me. It is like the end of the story or a last message. I am little bit afraid for Mark Knopfler. I think he is end of the him work period (I hope not because I like him work). I can offer you this fantastic music and I hope I will meet Mark Knopfler in the concert in Budapest which will be in May 12. 2008.

Dire Straits - Sultans of Swing - Video Clip and Lyrics

Sultans of Swing was on the Dire Straits first album which appeared in 1978. The Sultans of Swing single was in second place in the Billboard chart.

This is a grate song also a grate song like the the Brother in Arms the Money for Nothing, Brother in Arms, Walk of Life etc.

I really like this band. Unfortunately they are not together but Mark Knopfler several times makes very good concerts around in the world.
They were very young when they make this album. Basically it was the first. The guitar solos is very, very good and the lyrics is light and close to me. My feeling is same like I’m in the seaside in a sunny afternoon. I like the rock and blues mixture. They were the first band who makes this kind of music. I think Chris Rea and Bruce Springsteen are followers of the Dire Straits and Mark Knopfler .

Dire Straits - Money for Nothing - Video Clip and Lyrics

The Money for Nothing tile’s music is maybe the most ironic song which I heard in the last twenty year. It is appeared in the Brothers in Arms album and also in the same titles single album. It has sold more than 25 billion pieces. So , I think I should tell some word about this music and video before I’ll show you.

When I heard this music I think that nothing changed in the last several years. The Dire Straits gibe at the musicians who is not better or delicious like the others from the street. Basically I think they don’t want to see in the stage bands or people who is not musicians. Some producer or somebody else make a “band” who make a new music which is on the top of the charts but after one year nobody will remember of this music.

So, if I understand correctly Mark Knopfler’s words from 1984, I can accept the Dire Straits over view. If you see the Dire Straits biography or Mark Knopfler biography and how many disc sold and sell in the markets and compared for example with Bross. Who remember Bross kind of band. Maybe some people who had some good story from this years and that’s all.

Today when you drive you car and listen a radio I am sure you can hear Mark Knopfler or Dire Straits and close nobody form their competitor. Basically I remember lot of things about the 80’s but beside the Dire Straits I don’t remember too much things.

So, back to Money for Nothing it is a very good song and If you like the 80’s rock music you should listen it and If you have a young musician you should learn what this music tell you. If you want to make a good music, it must come from your heart. Don’t copy any other people either other band. You should be independent and unique.

Dire Straits - Brothers in Arms - Video Clip and Lyrics

The Dire Straits was my child age best rock band. They were completely other like the other bands from this time period. This is not a typical punk or loudly rocks band from the middle of 80’s. I want to make a short biography and show you about the Brother in Arms album:

Dire strait’s Brothers in Arms disc was this band most famous album. This was their most successful disk, worldwide 25 billion pieces was sold and all in America, all of them were first on the disk chart in England. This was the first musical albums which bring up digital in digital version, and they distributed on CD. The Money for Nothing video clip (which was at first in a small disc) were made for gibe at MTV channel. The slogan of the channel was the famous sentence of the song in a time: I want my MTV. This was son funny and ironic.

This is the newest Nightwish video clip which I found. I decided I show you because it contains lot of new thing for me and I hop also for you.

This song is slow and there is full of Finn motive. The story is typical love story about a love triangle. Tow man love in one girl. So, strange for me that not Anette sing the song and it is a really new motive in the video clip. Marco sing in the whole video clip. Basically I can not imagine that this guy can make this kind of felling. But I am happy I see a new face of the Nightwish. I am very happy.

This band can give surprise for me I hope that the Nightwish will be on stage in the next twenty year.

Weird Al Yankovic’s Fat video clip is best video which I ever seen. It made from Michael Jackson’s Bad title video. This an fantastical good parody. I never heard a man, who imitates Jackson so well. It is very well choreographed. The characters know it punctual, that what is needed, to do. The similarity is discoverable in all dots. Although the irony is very strong in this video. The text of the music amusing and funny even himself Weird Al Yankovic. I like this man and Yankovic music.
